Took a little time to to install and instructions are not the easiest to follow. But once i was done installing it was totally worth it!

Easy and beautiful
It was easy to install. I could not fit my older sound bar without adapting with an L shaped bracket since there was no holes in back of sound bar.

Great product easy to install and set up!
Excellent fire place TV bracket easy to install and works flawlessly. Straight forward to assemble and does exactly what I need it to do. TV mounted outside above patio doors so doors will open as designed TV can be lowers by almost 30 for a great viewing height.

Best Purchase I Ever Made
Best purchase I ever made. My son suggested this mount for me to go over my fireplace. I had never heard of such a thing but he said trust me mom you will love it and I did. Today I watched the young man I hired install it and was surprised he said it really wasn't that difficult to mount. Took him about 45 minutes to assemble mount and put TV up. It's easy to pull down and raise back up. When I'm in the kitchen it swivels and I don't miss a thing plus my neck and shoulders no longer hurt from looking up because I can bring it down to a comfortable level to watch now.

Price and quality match
A good mount and good price. Only a couple of hitches. The sction on the up and down piston isn't quite as smooth as more expensive brands and the speaker bar is limited on mounting positions making it diffucult to keep the speaker bar close to the TV.

Great product love it.
I have mounted the tv over the fireplace mantel and this mount lowers the tv to a nice watchable height. Instructions are clear and easy to follow. Installation tools are included.Pros: lowers the tv clears mantel swivels tilts adjustable tension. All as described in write up. Easy to lower and raise. Sound bar option puts everything on the mount for a clean install. Something not in the product description but worth clarifying don't use this in the lowered position with a fireplace running or mount it over a hot fireplace. The max temp at the front of the fireplace should be no more that 110F. Cons: minor the lock down hole was not lined up so I had to drill it out a little so the pin would fit and the sound bar mount is to short for a Vizio V21 I made some brackets to extend the mount. Overall great value for the price I highly recommend it.

Good Mount Great customer service
The mount is pretty good and built solidly. It holds the TV and bar speaker really well and has good routing for wires so they stay mostly out of the way. Tension adjustment for counterbalance works well and holds the TV exactly where you want it.The three things that they can improve on: (1) Provide longer drop arms for the bar speaker mount - the one's that come with it were too short for a 60 TV :(.(2) Improve the handles - they look ugly and it is hard to pull using them. I ended up removing them because they look sooo ugly.(3) It ends up mounting too close to the ceiling with minimum clearance from the mantelHowever customer service was EXCELLENT and helped to resolve #1 problem above and I learned to live with #2 and #3.

Exceeded weight limit
Unfortunately my 75 tv exceeded the weight limit of 62 lbs. It’s deceiving that it says for 42-80 TVs. The weight limit is what really matters. Had to send it back which the customer service center made easy. I was emailed a UPS return shipment tag brought it to UPS store and they mailed it back and returned my money without having to call back. They also referred me to the MI-373 which is the same basic thing but holds over 150lbs and has more height adjustment. That item worked great overall.

Great mount but appearance required extra work.
I’m writing this review to save someone else the headache I went through—please read the description carefully because I didn’t.This mount does not allow your TV to sit flush against the wall. If your TV is on the smaller side the mount will be visible and there will be noticeable spacing between the TV and the wall. If that’s hard to picture please see the photos I’ve attached showing the before and after.We originally had a 55-inch TV and assumed the spacing issue was because the TV was too small so we upgraded to a 65-inch TV. Unfortunately the spacing issue was still there. To fix it we had to purchase an additional extended bracket which finally allowed the TV to sit lower on the mount and improved the overall look. That extra purchase made a big difference but it’s something buyers should be aware of upfront.We chose not to use the Bluetooth speaker holder and instead used the handles behind a custom frame I built to cover the mantle as much as possible. It looks much better now but had I studied the description and reviews more closely I likely would not have chosen this mount for aesthetic reasons.That said I’m still giving this a 4-star rating because the mount itself works as expected feels sturdy and I do appreciate the handles that allow the TV to be pulled down for a more comfortable viewing angle—especially for neck comfort. Just know that this mount may require extra adjustments or purchases if appearance is important to you.

Mount is Good - instructions are not.
The instructions are bad. Things are labeled in standard (1/2) but in reality the bolts are metric (13mm) and when you're trying to bolt into brick it actually makes a difference. Also the spacing on some pieces is bad. The bottom piece to hook the soundbar into needs spacing exactly where the cross is so it can't be centered. We can't be the only one with a Sony OLED TV that isn't great for it. Its fine now that it is up but was a real pain and we had to take some leaps of faith.

Good but hard to install.
Great item but hard to install. The amount of effort required to get this installed is quite long and cumbersome. A number of things could’ve been designed and made simpler and easier to aid in installation. Make sure to read all instructions VERY carefully.

Not exactly what you would expect. The arm sticks out way too far and so the tv will not go almost flush with the wall mount. Installing the arm was a nightmare. You can’t fit your fingers in the grooves to line up the bolts. Just not what is advertised.

wrong mount
We were disappointed by the mount because the website claims it fits 42-80 TV's. Our customer has a 55 and the mount shows when pushed back to the wall. It's way too big for a 55 TV. I can only imagine how ridiculous it looks with a smaller TV. The people; however at the company were more than pleasant (confused at times) but they allowed us to return the mount.
