Sturdy little shelf!
When you mount this shelf into the wall studs it extremely sturdy! I only have a small Dish receiver on it right now but it could definitely hold a full sized receiver or DVD player. The glass is nice and thick and I expect it to be very durable. Great choice!

I rarely write reviews but I felt obligated because this product deserves a higher rating. I want to say something to those that wrote a bad review due to product assembly. This was one of the easiest assembly projects I've ever done. Yes the instructions don't have written instructions but it has pictures that are very clear. If you have an ounce of handyman skills you will have no problem assembling this product. It's very sturdy on my wall and I didn't need to use a stud just wall mollies. It's not meant to hold anything heavy. It's in my exercise room near my treadmill so I can place an iPad on it.

Don't know why I didn't do sooner
Perfect for our meeting room. Our cable box kept getting knocked down behind the television when one of guests would move the television to hook up their cable. Now the cable box is secure above the television. No more getting knocked down.

Pretty good product. It is the perfect size for a DVD player. Not much to say it is compact functional and convienient. Installation is straightforward and fairly simple. If you can use a power drill a screwdriver and a level you can probably install it yourself in about 30 minutes. I would NOT recommend wall anchors in a drywall wall screw it right into the stud behind the wall.It look nice and does the job.

It serves its function very well. I use it to shelve our modem gateway box to keep it off the floor. It had the low profile I needed for a tight space.

Was smaller then I thought it would be. It says it's for Game systems like xbox but my son's xbox hangs over the front of it by an inch. Ashcroft it cane in a different box called a completely different thing then what i ordered but looked the same son that was a lil confusing. But it does the job so I still gave it 4 stars.

works best if it is mounted directly to wood blocking behind the wall ...mounting this shelf onto the wallboard with anchors is OK if your'e just put a clock on it ....wall anchors are not enough to claim the shelf tight to the wall ( it will be wobbly).

Overall not a bad product. Not impressed with the soft plastic curved wire casing. Most tv cables and electronic wires are nit flexible and thick. They don't fit perfectly in the channel and are difficult to fit in the space. Not bad all in all.
