A little extra can go along way
Very happy with the product. Although had a bad experience when it came missing a piece to finish the installation. I put in the order and received within a few days. But when contacted them on Friday about the missing piece and needing it right away before Super Bowl Sunday 2 full days away and asking company to send overnight because we had plans for Super Bowl at my house they did not even send the part that they said they had on Friday morning ready to ship until Sat or Sunday when picked up and then had to wait till following Thursday for it. So yea my Super Bowl plans were ruined. So I gave the product 5 starts cause it deserves it. But I think you should keep in mind that sometimes it goes a long way to go the extra mile for your customers. It wasn’t my fault the part didn’t come in the box.

Works great - instructions are too vague-
Works great - instructions are too vague. To adjust for level you need to make sure the tv is centered on the bracket. You may need to scoot the tv over a bit towards the high side to make it level. Also the locking bar has no instructions. Best way to install it is to hang the tv then slide the locking bar between the tv and the mounting bracket ABOVE the notch that it will rest in then gently tilt the tv back pulling the bottom of the tv out and the top of the tv back the bar will drop into place.

Happy with this mount. Parts are solid. Installation guide could be more detailed with some wording but otherwise product is perfect.

Just what we needed
Worked great. Our TV is 85 and 112lbs so we needed a sturdy mount. This mount worked perfect and was fairly easy to install.

Perfect mount for my application!
My installation was outside under a deck and needed to rotate to several viewing angles. This mount is perfect and securely holds my 75” Samsung TV. Thanks for the great equipment.

Will not fit any TV over 80 inches.
I bought this for 86 inch TV I purchased at Costco. It says it will fit a 90 inch. When you open the box up the instructions say it will only fit an 80 inch. It will not fit my 86 inch. It is way too small. The mounting brackets in the back of the TV are not even close. About 2 to 3 inches too short. Very very very unhappy. Could not add a picture to show you the difference.
