Good but complicated
There are trade offs in items. To be able to use from 100 to 400 need lots of variability and screws to match with all the types of TVs. Used this on small by today’s standards tv with 100. Used in combo with tempered glass shelf to mount audio equipment below tv. Worked together for completely mounted effect.

MI-303B Installation
If you are looking for a wall mount with that ability to just tilt this is one you need to acquire. Taking just a few minutes to organize the parts in the shipping container I was able to follow the installation instructions without a problem. Having a wall stud finding is a MUST. Once I was able to locate two studs the rest just fell into place. I took a few extra steps to double check the placement of the mount with respect to the size of the monitor. It's worth the time. Having the built-in level is a dream - makes final placement a breeze. Installation time was less than an hour remembering I took a few extra steps to ensure placement of the monitor. They give you all of the mounting hardware you will need can't get any better than that.
