Perfect for non vesa monitors
As Mario would say: \Just what I needed! Wahoo!\ I would say the same. This was a perfect tool to hook up my Cintiq Companion to a monitor arm without fear of it falling down. It's a little bulky but the construction and pieces are solid. Be warned though the screws are a pain to install with the provided wrench.

Solved ACER monitor problem!
Had ACER monitor that couldn't attach to retractable desk arm mount - this solved the problem works great. Be sure to allow access to buttons on bottom right when you position that bottom right arm.

Great product
This is a great product. More than enough pieces to adjust for any monitor construction. If I change monitors in the future I can easily change out and mount the new monitor.

The Mount-It bracket was a little confusing at first to get onto the monitor but once I figured it out it's worked great.
I have a Samsung monitor and an Asus. The Samsung didn't have a VESA mounting setup and I needed a way to mount it to a two monitor mount. The Mount-It bracket was a little confusing at first to get onto the monitor but once I figured it out it's worked great.

Works as expected high quality.
Although it is easier to assemble with a second set of hands installation was fairly simple and there are more than enough parts (various size bolts) included in order to fit your monitor. I have older Samsung monitors with especially thick bezels and this kit worked for me without issue. Be aware of the way the mounting plate and arms may block your cable connections on the back of the monitor. The parts appear to be high quality.

This solved my Dell mounting problem!
I bought this adapter to help mount a Dell monitor with a curved back onto a repositionable arm. Instructions were pretty clear but it still took me a little time and patience to get everything to go together correctly. (A second pair of hands would have helped me but I installed it myself.)

Nice addition
It looks great. But, we have a creative employee and he made a quick support for this small monitor - 16" ultralight. So, we are not using it. I'm going to return it. I would buy these products without hesitation. Mount-it makes a sturdy, flexible product that works and is solid. We have combo monitor holder that is attached to the desk, need a drill, that makes a sturdy installation. Good stuff!

This is a good product but beware of the type of monitor ...
This is a good product but beware of the type of monitor you are trying to mount. Some non-VESA monitors have inputs for the power and VGA/DVI cables that insert from the underside others have inputs that insert into the back (perpendicularly to the back surface). This adapter can block access to the inputs if your monitor has inputs that are on the back surface. I was able to get this to work even though my monitor has inputs that are blocked by the adapter but I had to use three out of the four brackets in a \Y\ pattern. The adapter is able to securely support my 27\ monitor

Works Tools that come with adapter not so good
Works well with a monitor with no VESA holes however a bit tricky if you have a monitor like mine that has a curved back to it (Samsung) you really have to work it to make it fit. Also the tools with this Adapter are not very good you better have a good socket set or something else to tighten things down

It does the job. None of the other adapters worked with the bulge in back of my 27 \\ flat screen monitor. Only this one.

Great purchase. I would recommend it
Setup can be a little bit of a pain. But the flexibility and usefulness of this mount can't be beat. It saves you from buying an entirely different monitor because the one you already own didn't have factory mounting points. Great purchase. I would recommend it. Loses one star for being a little difficult to put together but otherwise great.

This works perfectly! I'd give it 5-stars except that it's a little touchy but I'd highly recommend getting this anyway. It's exactly what I needed to mount my new monitor and it has multiple configurations so it will work with nearly any screen no matter what the back of it is like.

Simple and does the job!
Simple to set up and works with my Samsung 22\ monitor. Thickness of monitor is not a problem as length of grips are adjustable. Using it with a Loctek dual mount.

Works well does the job for the most part. One star off because the demensions that it states at the max for monitor width are pushing on what it can do. I had to loosen the end clamps a bit to allow it to fit my bigger monitor.

Not great for curved monitors. Solid construction but the small screws will strip.
Product is solid except for the small screws which attach to a nut between the adapter and the VESA mount. They stripped for me after trying the 3 configurations shown in the instructions.I was not able to use the adapter with this monitor: because the placement of the ports on the back of the monitor did not agree with any configuration causing the monitor to not be usable with the adapter attached.

Use an adjustable wrench and allow an hour to install
It does what it's supposed to do but it took me almost an hour to make it work. The directions are just illustrations which are neither detailed nor large. The little wrench is terrible. It's just a bit too big and doesn't grip the nuts very well so I ended up using an adjustable wrench. At first I put the VESA plate on backwards but then I realized my mistake. Here are my installation takeaways: - Don't tighten anything down too much because you'll need to adjust the arm length and placement. The little hook-grippy-things shouldn't be tightened all the way either. - Don't put more than one bolt in the sliding metal arms. I started by putting two in each arm but ended up using just one in each arm. I think it's easier to add them than to take them out. - Maybe it's obvious to everyone else but it didn't occur to me that the different length bolts for the hook-grippy-things were to accommodate different monitor depths. I'm glad I used the medium-length bolt on the first try! - The little buttons that cover the bolts on the hook-grippy-things have an interior spoke that's longer than the others. That spoke fits into a groove in the hook-grippy-things. Don't waste your time forcing that button into the hole.Overall I think it's a good product. It holds the monitor just fine and attaches to my monitor mount's VESA plate so it works. Just make sure you have a Phillips-head screwdriver an adjustable wrench and a good hour to toy with it.

Setting it up is way too fiddly. But once done it gets the job done.

Pretty disappointed with this
Pretty disappointed with this. Ended up returning. Although it says it will accommodate a wider depth bezel to make that work you have to extend these really flimsy 2 inch screws all the way out which just didn't seem enough to hold my screen. The top pieces don't do much all the weight is on the bottom two screws. The parts that actually hold the screen are plastic and slide around on the screw. It would have been really easy for someone to bump my screen and it fall out of this.

The tool that comes with it does not work
After a few hours dedicated to lots of adjustments my husband got it to work. The biggest complaint is the tool that comes with it to tighten the nut and bolt. It is cheap and really is not the right size to get the job done we used pliers instead.
