What customers say
Customers say this sit-stand desk converter is sturdy and well-built, with smooth hydraulic adjustment between sitting and standing positions. Many appreciate its smaller footprint compared to full desktop models and the included cable management features. Users find the assembly straightforward but time-consuming, typically taking 1-3 hours. The keyboard tray accommodates standard keyboards, though some note it feels narrow for larger keyboards and mice. Common feedback mentions slight bounce or wobble when typing, which most users adapt to over time. Several reviews highlight that the monitor mounting bar keeps screens parallel rather than angled inward, which some find less ergonomic for dual monitor setups. Many customers report back and neck pain relief from alternating between sitting and standing throughout the workday.

Great! Especially good deal for the price.
This is a great sit-stand desk! I spent a long time looking at reviews for different options before ordering this one. Someone in my office tried a much more expensive sit-stand desk and did not like it so I wasn't sure what to expect from this one being that it is much cheaper. However it has been exactly what I needed! For the price it is very sturdy and I love having the flexibility to move it out of my way when I want to work on my desk surface or have a conversation or I can easily move it up and down when I want to change between sitting or standing. The cord management in particular has been great in that regard because cords are clipped out of the way. Also the monitor mount works really well with my approx. 36\ monitor. It was a lot of work to put it together

Very happy with purchase - got one for the office too!
Very happy with this Sit-Stand Desk. Great option for the price. Well engineered. Liked it so much I got my office to buy me one at work.

Great Item Worth The Price
I've enjoyed using the stand. It is very flexible and adjusts smoothly. When typing on it it does move up and down a little bit. I have mostly gotten use to it but sometimes I prop a book under it when I'm sitting. It doesn't quite sit flat on my desk because I had to install it a little higher for my height.Initial assembly is best to have two people mainly because it's so big and heavy. I knew it would be big and heavy but that's not surprising. It works wonderfully moving from side to side or up and down very smoothly and great ease. I made a very choice getting this and I definitely suggest others get it. Shipping was quick and no problems with the seller nor did I have to replace anythingThank You

Fantastic
Fantastic product. Came with all the required screws and tools along with the guide to assemble. However it took little long to assemble it (around 90 minutes). But I was ok with that.

I really like it. the swivel is the best
I really like it . the swivel is the best. easy my kids and do it age 5
-
Stable functional and attractive.
Just what I ordered. I ran into 2 'problems'. The first is that the edge of my desk did not support the clamp for the monitor arm so I used the stand base. Since my room had plenty of flour space this was an easy solution. The second was I just didn't realize how big the piece would be. That said it works very well as advertised is very stable and easy to raise and lower. Having a place for my laptop tablet etc. is fabulous.

I also love how well it opens up my desk from clutter
I have had this for about 6 months now. Though it took a little determination and discipline to build a routine of using it I would still say it is worth the investment. The biggest benefit I realize is in how well my back feels at the end of the day.I also love how well it opens up my desk from clutter!!

Great product. Thinking about getting another for my work office!
Great product. Strong. Solid. Agile. Attached to my new workbench in my home office which made a fantastic addition! Now I can move it out of the way while I'm working or swing it around to the middle of the bench if I want. Sitting or standing I couldn't be happier. Well I could be happier with ONE small addition - a ball joint for each monitor so they can be angled and tilted for better viewing. But honestly it's pretty great the way it is!
-
GREAT CHOICE
Great Desk! Smooth movement easy install looks great!
-
FUNCTIONAL and great product. Recommended....BUT not an easy set up.
Great product....once it's put together. It's NOT easy to assemble. Took me half a day to assemble. Another half a day to adjust everything on my desk just right. Well built great functionality you can adjust EVERYTHING to make it fit your needs.

Works Great
Gives you more flexible positioning when working
-
Fabulous. No more all day sitting.
I very much appreciate this sit-stand desk attachment. I looked at a lot of choices before settling on this one. The main reason was for the additional work space above the keyboard tray. The unit can be fitted for about any size and very large monitors. It swings raises lowers and moves in multiple positions. Everyone in my office is envious. The ONLY drawback is inability to turn monitors in for better view. With large monitors you'll be looking a long way to each side. But I love it. Needed it for years. Will never go back.

This one is perfect. It's made sturdy and very easy to switch ...
I have bought other sit-stand work stations in the past and sent them back because they were either too bulky for my desk or cheaply made. This one is perfect. It's made sturdy and very easy to switch from sit to stand. I love this product. I highly recommend.

Must have for people that work from home
Must have for people that work from home without the need to purchase another sit stand desk that is costly. Works well and love the product. I highly recommend this product as an alternative low cost Sit Stand Desk Mount addition to your existing desk.
-
Great Product Great price
This product has proved to be incredible sturdy easy to use and most importantly it doesn't take up nearly as much footprint as most of the other sit/stand desk solutions. The material is very thick and sturdy this is really professional grade stuff. The only complaint I can come up with is that I didn't realize the depth of the mounting plate and because of it I had to route out a small piece of my desk where the mounting plate is secured to the desk. It was a small price to pay though for suck a high quality product. I'd absolutely recommend this to anyone without hesitation.

This is one of the best purchases I've made in a long time
This is one of the best purchases I've made in a long time! It was very easy to put together and works just as advertised. I work from home and have a bad habit of sitting for hours while working on big projects. I have a hard time \tearing myself away\ from something that I'm really involved in but it takes a toll on my knees and back being limited to a seated position all day. The pneumatic lever allows me to go from standing to sitting in seconds and I love the fact that it has such a full range of motion which makes it an incredible space saver. I shopped around for a while and I can tell you that this is such an incredible price for all that you get. I definitely recommend!

Exceeded expectations.
Very sturdy. Exceeded expectations. Reasonable pricing

Great value
It was easy to install and configure. I think the arms are more versatile than the platform desks and take up less real estate. It moves up and down easily but I usually just leave it up.

Made it work on a hutch! Nice!!
After trying multiple options I finally have a stand option for my HUTCH! Yep - nothing else worked but with a little \engineering\ this worked out well. See the pics of how I put this on a hutch. The max heigh of my hutch is 23\ and the depth of the hutch is 24\. What I did was place a block of wood on the bottom of the tower/pole to raise it enough to \clamp\ the top to the wood at the very top of the hutch while the bottom was still low enough to connect to wood going across the bottom (heavier wood not the thin stuff that panels the back). I had a piece of thin metal that I drilled a holes in and screwed into the wood on the top and bottom which \firmly\ holds the pole. And there is just engouh room between the pole and the thin panel to rotate. This thing is super sturdy - it hardly moves at all when typing. It does protrude from the hutch a good bit as expted. I do believe it is much more sturdy than the desk mount as the top and bottom are firmly connected. The keyboard is 8-9\ from the edge of the hutch which is a bit odd but no problems as I still can easily reach the hutch top for anything needed and the old desk keyboard tray rolls out nicely right below the mount giving more handy space for stickies

Feels weightless when adjusting. This works really smoothly really well.
This works really smoothly really well. There's a lever you press on the right to unlock and to move up/down. Flawless and smooth and feels weightless when adjusting although it's quite heavy. Everyone we show it to and who has it go up and down says \WOW!\It also swings out the way smoothly on the post. There is a chrome metal ring that sets that height--you set to a place where

This stand works as advertised. We have purchased two for our employees. Was not too difficult to assemble. works well either sitting or standing. One has a 32\ TV mounted to it. The only trouble we had was the VESA mount was not the right size for the TV and needed an adapter

An Additional Desktop in the Air.
This mount is constructed using quality components. It was easy to assemble and functions as described. I have the Max size 27 in. monitors installed and they use an adapter sourced from Human-Centric due to the fact that my monitors had no VESA mounting options. The adapters do make the monitors sit away from the original vesa mounts thus I do experience some bounce at all levels but after a week its really not noticed. The keyboard shelf is not wide enough for a full size keyboard and mouse. The keyboard has to be shifted off the left side to allow enough room to have full control of the mouse across two screens. The Keyboard shelf is constructed to tilt up in a parked position when not in use but if you have a wired keyboard and mouse you have to allow enough slack in the lines to move them. The gas assist for raising and lowering works well and handles the weight.Things I would change: Keyboard Shelf Tilt Up /Tilt Down using an incremental ratchet device this would allow additional options for Use of the keyboard and being able to lock the shelf would assist when raising and lowering the desk/monitors.An add-on mouse platform would be another great feature. Finally Two 27 in. monitors only allowed to tilt forward or backward makes the viewing area super wide. It would be great if the VESA Mounts would articulate in all directions thus allowing the monitors to tilt inward slightly. Over All this is a good piece of equipment and would purchase another if needed.

Make your work day better
This is the perfect stand up desk. I noticed in my research of other desks that the keyboard sat higher on the regular desktop. With this desk you can lower the keyboard to you all of you desire as it extends out in front of the desk it is connected to. It was very easy to install and the ease of lifting and lowering your desk is amazing. It has made my work day better.

What took me so long to get this?
In need of a standing desk to help with some chronic fascia pain in my side that makes it very uncomfortable to sit for very long I looked everywhere and found this to be the best and the only one of its kind among any sit-stand converter available. Not only is the entire product very sturdy and the hydraulic lift feature very helpful but the dual monitor mounts are also terrific and have no trouble accommodating my 27-inch and 24-inch displays. The separate shelf in-between the monitor mounts and keyboard shelf is also an excellent place to keep remotes food and drink glasses etc. Also I was especially pleased that the kit wasn't too heavy to keep mounted on my mostly-glass desk. What made this the best and only option for me though was the vertical placement of the keyboard and mouse tray lower than the height of the desk mount when in the sitting position. My desk is a bit higher than normal and this is one of the few products that offered this necessary design feature for my situation (something one would expect to be more common). Curiously many other mount kits require the keyboard and mouse to be placed either on the desk itself or higher than it. Why anyone would want to reach up to use the keyboard is a mystery to me.One small disadvantage (if it can be called that) is the horizontal placement of the keyboard tray which is based on the depth of the entire assembly. When in the sitting or standing position this kit places the tray a few feet out from the edge of my desk. Thankfully I have enough room in my office to accommodate this but this may not be true for everyone. If in doubt watch the video (among the other images) and observe the transition between the sit and stand position and take note of the positioning of the user and the tray in relation to the desk itself.A minor note that I've also found that the assembly can be somewhat heavy to lift into the standing position even with the aid of the hydraulics. It isn't difficult for me but I wonder if others may find it more burdensome. As far as installation the entire setup was quite straightforward and took me 2.5 hours. One recommendation I could give one that wasn't in the manual would be to place the mounting arm onto the back of the desk as soon as this part has been assembled (early in the process): otherwise the entire assembly will be too large and unwieldy to maneuver into position

Great product!
Great product easy installation steps and strong to support a 34 inch ultrawide Monitor!!!

Super sturdy and Easy to Manipulate standing Desk
I was pleasantly surprised to see how sturdy this product is. The quick release on the side of keyboard makes it easy to move up and down and re-position the monitor and keyboard height. It is definitely lightweight. Assembly looked daunting but having all of the parts labelled in separate blister packs really helped. It has all of the allen wrenches and other tools so I did not even need to grab my toolbox. probably took me 60-90 minutes to assemble. I wished it cam with a user guide besides just the assembly steps. Although using it seems to be fairly intuitive. I had to order another monitor side one of my monitors was smaller and therefore did not hang at the same level as the other monitor. I would have given this 5 stars except that I thought the product was overpriced. I will update my review after I have used this as a standing desk for a few weeks.

Nice unit. Easy to assemble. Easy to use.

seems great after a couple days of use
Overall seems great after a couple days of use. It's very sturdy but it was heavy which made the assembly a bit difficult. My only recommendations to mount it are:1. I wish the monitor were in separate telescoping arms like it uses for other dual monitor products.2. I wish the keyboard tray rotated a full 270 degrees so it could be flipped back under the higher tray when not in nude (in addition to flipping it up which is the current method of getting it out of the way)

Using with a laptop tray - working out ok.
September 2016: Purchased in July so have been using it for a couple months. Attached a Fleximounts notebook tray for my macbook pro in place of a monitor to the VESA mount. I wanted something I could adjust the screen height independent of the keyboard height. This works out ok.Adjustability is easy lifts up and down as I expected. Arm moves around easily. There is reasonable room remaining on the surface for accessories. Keyboard shelf is plenty wide for mac wireless keyboard and mouse.A minor complaint: my desktop is a bit too tall so I had hoped in the lowered seated position the keyboard would be lower than my desk surface. The way this is designed there isn't really any difference. In fact the keyboard shelf is designed to sit on top of the desk when lowered but I slid the whole thing forward (as in the picture) to allow it to drop over the edge. It doesn't however and the keyboard ends up pretty much level with the desktop. All it would take is for the manufacturer to include a taller bracket that would allow the keyboard shelf to extend down another couple inches. I might even try to make one. Again this is a factor of my desk and would not be an issue for you if you are happy with your desk height. However if you are looking to get it lower like I was take note.So far haven't noticed any stability issues. It's pretty sturdy and heavy. The feet \stick\ well to the table top without moving around any. However I am careful not to lean on it. It is clearly not designed to handle that. Supports my arm weight just fine. There is a tiny bit of shaking when I type but nothing that has bothered me.Thinking about a second monitor arm I can attach to this to go dual head with a monitor next to the laptop. I believe this will handle the extra weight just fine. Will update the review if I do that.

An affordable Option ... Considering
I was accustomed of the Ergotron standing desk from my previous employment. However I really couldn't afford that myself and was trying to find an option. I was concerned the stand would be sensitive to typing and making it shake a lot. It has a little vibration but I think you have to type pretty heavily for it to really be an issue. It moves with such ease that I think a young child can move it. My only concern negative is the monitors are too flat. It would be better more ergonomic to have them slightly angled in instead of completely flat. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars.
-
This is a great solution for an adjustable standing desk
This is a great solution for an adjustable standing desk. I would give it a 5 star rating if one simple thing could be fixed on this. You can't adjust the monitors inward so you can see all of both screens. If you could do this it would make this item worth every penny. To the company you made a good product make a mod or offer a new mounting bar that is adjustable for tilting in the monitors inward to have a truly great product.

which is kind of annoying but it gets the job done
Very complicated to put together and the metal is very heavy. Had to reinforce the desk so it wouldn't crack the wooden top. It bounces when I type which is kind of annoying but it gets the job done let's me sit or stand at my home work desk.
-
Good product even if not quite perfect.
Assembly was a chore but it works well and it's made my life better. I like the range of motion it has and all the adjustability -- that's really terrific. I wish the keyboard tray were a few inches wider -- it's just enough room for a full-size keyboard really. I managed to squeeze my trackman onto it as well but it's precarious. I have to keep my mouse on the upper shelf. The wrist rest would be better if it spanned the whole width of the keyboard tray. Having to pick one side or the other is not very helpful at all -- there are exactly two positions for it and no in-between is possible. Having a monitor with a built-in USB hub makes this work a lot better. The stand is quite sturdy which I really appreciate with just a tiny wobble as I pound on the keyboard. I'm glad I bought this.

Great Product with Small Footprint
For the times I want to stand at my desk it works well. Was not real difficult to assemble. Fits my needs.
-
Easy to use!
Love the choice to sit or stand and it is very easy to adjust from one to the other. The only thing that I dislike about the product is that it is a little bouncy. Just a bit too flexible in the floating state
-

Works great for the price.
-
but still would definitely recommend. Very small footprint compared to other options
Low cost alternative to the more expensive sit-stand desk converters. Works as expected. Giving four star instead of five because the keyboard tray could be just a little sturdier but still would definitely recommend. Very small footprint compared to other options.
-
Sturdy fits this shorty!
I needed this specific type of work station kit because I'm short and I need my keyboard to settle below a standard workstation height. I have two 22 inch monitors attached. And the only reason this kit doesn't get a 5 star rating is because the monitor attachment is not adjustable and the monitors are flat. I would prefer the monitors to be positioned in a V formation. Otherwise I love this kit. It's extraordinarily sturdy easy to put together and the hydrolics allow for a smooth transition from sitting to standing and vise versa. I do wish the keyboard tray was wider because I have an ergonomic keyboard that's slightly larger than a standard keyboard. So that leaves little room for my mouse. Obeviously not a deal breaker because I still love it.
-
Solid but doesn't allow me to do what I wanted...
Thought it would allow me to put my keyboard lower than my desk.
-
I would have liked to see more room to write when desk is ...
Has really helped my back and neck. I would have liked to see more room to write when desk is in the standing position.

Tough Assembly but Saved My Back
Solves my back problems beautifully. I have a Mac so assembly was a little more difficult. I gave it 4 stars because it takes up a lot more room than I thought it would. My office is very small. Also it would be good to explain that if you desk is not a table there will be a need to drill into the back side of the desk in order to get the clasp on. This made installation a bear. Other than that it is of good quality and it SAVED my back.
-
like the materiel
Solid Product. Need an additional person to fix it. You can rotate and adjust height etc. Little shaky while typing in the keyboard(it may be because my table which is holding the workstation is not firm). Overall like the materiel. Highly recommend for home office.
-
Well-built with only a couple of complaints
It's a great well-built product with only a little bounce. Very easy to raise and lower and the cables are well kept.My two complaints are that the monitors are mounted parallel to each other instead of being tilted inward a little to face the user; and they are not easily adjustable vertically. I wear contacts most of the time but occasionally need to wear glasses. My glasses have progressive lenses meaning I have to tilt my head backwards to see the screen properly. I really need to be able to easily adjust the monitors lower on those days.
-
Solid first impressions
Mount-It! seems to make quality solid products including this desk. It is exactly what I was looking for and as good as I hoped. The one downside which I expected is that the desk shakes a bit in use--it can be seen in the product video and others have mentioned this. It hasn't bothered me so far and is no problem with typing or mousing and I don't think it would be possible to be any better than it is with this design. My desk is not the most solid and it works just fine.It is massive and every bit as big as expected from the dimensions. That said I'm using this on a 24\ x 48\ desk
-
Might need spacers and bolts for your monitor.
Decent system. Thankfully I have CAD skills and a 3-D printer so that I could 3-D print a 40mm spacer bracket (M4-0.7 x 50mm bolt needed) for my Samsung monitor because my 4K Samsung monitor from Costco has a mount that sticks out making it so that you can't position your monitor properly for the right angle (see pictures). Yes I could rotate the monitor but then my OCD with Samsung upside down on top of the monitor would drive me insane.
-
Works great for sitting to standing desk
Works great for sitting to standing desk. I wish the keyboard tray was closer to the monitor. I am thinking of cutting and welding the mount under the upper tray so that the keyboard tray will be closer.
-
Everyone passing by my office commented on how nice my Mount-It
Everyone passing by my office commented on how nice my Mount-It! Sit Stand Workstation. I would give a 5 stars if not for one missing screw. I still highly recommended this product to someone who likes to be able to stand or sit to work on the computer and still have plenty of desk space if needed.
-
Does not fit 24+ monitors
I purchased the Mount-It! Sit Stand Desk for my office since I use my computer all day. Keep in mind I have not used this product for a full 24 hours yet but upon first observation it will be a beneficial product for my use. There is some assembly required but I did not feel as though it was too difficult to put together- the instructions are efficient. If you are like me and have 24 screens you may have some difficulties. I had about and inch of overlap with my two monitors which caused them to veer out on the outside which would have been a no go for me. However I was able to make the bar the screens attach to a little longer by drilling out the ends so the monitors slide out further which reduced the overlap(see picture below). If you have a 27 monitors do NOT purchase this product. Your monitors will overlap and not work properly. Another slight issue that I do not like about the setup is the little bit of shaking when standing and typing. Otherwise it would be perfect. I like that it does not take up my whole desk and it moves around to accompany different standing positions at my desk.
-
Not perfect but a good deal to be sure.
For the price this is fantastic. The biggest shortfall I see is that the keyboard tray is NOT independently adjustable from the monitor in terms of depth. You can move the monitor up & down from the keyboard tray but the depth (i.e. how far in front of your face the monitor is) is not adjustable. I'm thinking of some fairly simple modifications I could make to the tray with a drill and some bolts to extend 4-6\ more inches
-
Well engineered product.
This is a nice and well engineered product at a reasonable price. Arrived with components very well protected with cardboard. All parts were there and there were step by step instructions with sufficient graphics. Better instructions could have included suggestions on some assembly steps to lessen the need to go back to adjust some parts of the process. Nice small tools were provided that were used at various points in the assembly for certain parts. This was a great idea and eliminated the need for a bag full of tools. I wanted to modify assembly of the unit to fit a desk not pictured in their selection of products. Unfortunately customer service is basically the \leave me a message
-
Good system.
Good system...I like it for the price point. Has some \bounce to it as it extends out quite a way. Great starter system which allows me to try the \stand up\ desk concept and keeps my desk clear. If the \bounce\ was gone
-
Four Stars
Liked it very much unfortunately it is to heavy for my glass desk and had to be returned.
-
Pretty good for just north of $100
Pretty good for just north of $100. Stand is pretty solidly built and easy enough to assemble. Some minor quibbles:-The wrist pad is fairly uncomfortable but easy enough to remove.-There monitor can only be raised/lowered independent of the keyboard platform. I wish the monitor could be lowered more. I also wish I could move the keyboard platform further away from the monitor-The monitor/platform assembly lists slightly counterclockwise; I wish there was a way to adjust/compensate for this.-The plastic organizer could be made of a better material; it's cheap plastic.Otherwise it doesn't jiggle too much during normal use and the cable management is A+. I'd say it's pretty good value for money.
-
Huge but sturdy!
This is gigantic. I was imagining a lower profile with more flexibility. We ended up modifying it by removing the black tray and tucking the keyboard back further this gained us some space and range. It is very sturdy and heavy duty will probably last forever!
-
Be careful - would not mount to my desk.
I am very disappointed. I had been so excited to use my new desk. This would not mount to my desk. No where that I saw did it say specifics about what was needed to have it mount to a desk besides the width of the top. What it fails to mention is that if you desk is an overhanging desk meaning it is not just a flat top with legs it might not work. I am going to try to go to the hardware store to see if I can find anything to make it work but will likely need to return the item.UPDATE: After disassembling my desk I was able to fit the clamp through my desk drawer and clamped it to the desk top. I changed my review from 1 to 3 stars. The desk is too wobbly for me to use but the design and functionality are great. I will be returning the desk and switching to a desktop model for more stability. If it were sturdier I would keep it. I love the range of motion.
-
a co-worker seems to like it and is buying it from me so I ...
Not that impressed with it. When standing the desk tends to tilt to the right and I have to turn it a bit to make it level. When sitting it pushes you back away from the desk itself causing you to have to reach for things that should be at hand. Thankfully a co-worker seems to like it and is buying it from me so I can get a varidesk.

Would pick a new modle
Had to build a kick stand for it and is not easily adjustable. Wish we would have gone with the veridesk ...

Very Heavy Piece! 30 lbs!
The product is SO VERY heavy! I can't understand why since my monitor and keyboard weight maybe 3-4lbs. I liked the instruction photos to put it together; however an explanation what to do next would have been helpful. The main thing I didn't like was that the board attached to the keyboard where you can put things like pens phone and a drink doesn't sit on my desk which caused the keyboard try to be higher than I needed. At the end of the day I had a lot of wrist pain. Also that piece can't be adjusted so when I tried to move the monitor that keyboard tray moved with it.
-
Yes but...
Was not sure if my 2 monitors would fit so I asked. Got response that they would. WRONG. The mounting block for each monitor stopped the monitor from using the last half inch or so on each side of the mounting bar slot. That much/little made a difference. I had to remove that much from the slot in the metal crossbar for my monitors to fit. Tough decision between sending it back or modifying it; liking the looks of it and having a Dremel swayed it. NOT happy about having to do that but it was the only way if I were to keep what looked like an otherwise good product..3 stars primarily because when the customer takes the trouble to ask AND provides a link to the monitors' specs an accurate and truthful response is expected.I have since rotated the mount blocks so I can get horizontal \tilt\ and it works nicely. Both monitors are canted slightly toward the middle and there is no slop or vertical movement. I think a better design would be to have a slight bow in the crossarm to begin with
