Solid
Despite what other people are saying, the arms do articulate. You just have to loosen the inside bolts a bit and they will bend in towards you. I originally was disappointed because I also thought that the arms stayed flat. My only complaint is that the surface is raised so far off the desk surface. It seems like the bottom side of the surface could be notched out to fit flush over the base. My biggest issue with other desk converters is that the working surface is always super small so you have to move your keyboard if you are doing paperwork. This solves that but seems to be unnecessarily raised off the desk surface. Other than that this is a much needed improvement to my workspace.

Installation was straight forward and our employee loves it. It takes up much less room than I expected.

Fantastic and almost Perfect
Assembly was fairly quick and very easy. Start all screws by hand then use electric driver on low torque setting. It took me less than 20 minutes. It is somewhat heavy but that is what makes it solid sturdy and tough! Once it is in place it does not move around tip or wobble. Installing the monitors took just a few minutes and they give you a large assortment of different length diameter and thread pitch screws. One set will fit your monitors. It is easy to adjust with the hex wrenches provided and once dialed in stays put. Bought it for my 17 year old son (6'5) and he loves it! My only complaint is that the swing arms do not angle very much making it hard to get a more wrap-around feel to the side monitors. Either it needs a hinge with more travel or optional hinges with more bend.

Solid mount but room for improvement
Overall the stand is nice and feels solid. However I wish I had read the reviews first. The other two reviews commented about the swing arms. There is nothing to hold them in place. So the swing back to flat. I stuck a screw in the hinge to prevent it from falling back. That worked but I shouldn’t have had to do that.

Not so ergo friendly
I love the functionality of every part of this except the monitor arms. There is no hinge or bend in the bar that holds the monitors so your only option is to have them basically flat. This is really hard on your neck when trying to work on one of the side monitors. If they would fix that component I would happily give 5 starts.
