Great product but slow delivery
I guess there is something about the pandemic that is slowing things down but I was pretty annoyed when the website stated things were back to normal and they weren't. That query was responded to by the company and that was that. There was another very annoying problem though. Before I got the product the mass emails informed me of the sale ($5.00 less than what I paid!) There was no offer to refund the $5.00 even though the delivery took way longer than it was supposed to. So even though I like the product very much there will be nothing but bad comments about the company from me.

fits perfectly and has room for my pens and pencils, mouse pad is perfect.

Great With One Flaw
Compared to anything similar, this product is great since the ball bearings make movement an LOT easier. Other similar devices lacking ball bearings are a lot more difficult to slide. I have never used a raised wrist rest available as an option to use with keyboards. This device comes with one that you don’t have the option to use or not use since it is integrated into the unit with no means to remove. A slight design change where the wrist rest could be used and attached to the rest of the unit with screws as needed or desired during product setup would make this device perfect.
